Connecting Stripe products to Hero slot types ensures that when a patient books an appointment online or an invoice is raised for an appointment, the correct Stripe product with the appropriate price is added to the invoice. This allows the patient to either pay at the time of booking or receive an invoice if the appointment is booked by an admin.

Steps to Link Stripe Products to Hero Slot Types
Navigate to settings
In your Hero account, go to Settings.
Access appointment types
Click on Appointments.
Select Appointment types.
Edit the desired appointment type
Find the appointment type you want to link to a Stripe product.
Click Options and select Edit.
Link a Stripe product
Go to the Apps tab.
In the Find or Add Item field, search for the relevant Stripe product.
Select the correct product to link it to the appointment type.
Once linked, the system will automatically include the corresponding Stripe product on invoices for that appointment type, ensuring seamless billing and payment collection.
