Setting pathways to be visible during in-hours or out-of-hours is a handy way to make sure patients can access the right services when they need them. It helps avoid confusion and ensures resources are used efficiently. For instance, some pathways might only apply during regular working hours, while others are designed specifically for out-of-hours care.

Here’s how you can set this up:

  1. Go to Care Navigation in the navigation bar:
    Log in to the system and click on the “Care Navigation” option in the navigation bar to see the list of pathways.

  2. Click edit on the pathway:
    Find the pathway you want to update and click the “Edit” button next to it.

  3. Choose in-Hours or out-of-hours option:
    In the settings, look for the section where you can manage visibility for in-hours and out-of-hours.

  4. Set visibility using the checkboxes:
    Tick the boxes to choose whether the pathway should be visible to patients in-hours, out-of-hours, or both.

  5. Save the pathway:
    When you’re done, click “Save Pathway” to confirm your changes.

By customising pathway visibility for in-hours and out-of-hours, you can make sure patients always see the most relevant services.
