What are daily limits on requests?
A daily limit is the maximum number of request submissions that can be submitted in a 24-hour period, each request option can have a different limit or no limit.
Once a request option reaches the maximum number of submissions, it will become unavailable for patients to complete until the next day.
How do I set up daily limits?
If you have a request option for which you can only process a certain number, for example home visit request, you may choose to add a daily limit.
When creating, or editing a pathway, after you've added a request option to it, simply enter the maximum number of submissions you can accept in 24 hours and save to pathway.
