0:01 In this video, I'm gonna show you how to raise an invoice from the diary. So, I'm in the diary looking at my practitioner. 0:10 I can see that there is appointment this afternoon, and if I click on that appointment, I'll see a sidebar pop out with a strike box that gives me the option to create a strike invoice. 0:21 So if I click this button, I'll be taking a invoice flow, and from here, I can do a couple of things. 0:29 Umm, I can change the strike customer to be somebody else, if the person that is default is not the correct one that I want to bill. 0:38 I can start adding my items, so I want to bill for this appointment. So I'll search for my items, in the strike, and, add the price that I want. 0:51 I'll set whether I want to request the payment, or take the payment now. I can take the payment now using a card reader. 0:58 Uh, saved card on the patient, umm, is file. And I can also take an external payment like a bank transfer. 1:05 And that just marks the stripe invoice, umm, as paid, by an external source. So I'm going to request the payment, I'm going to set the due date for a week from now. 1:16 So the patient has some time to make the payment. And what will happen is that past the due date, it will set the invoice as overdue. 1:26 There's a couple of additional options I can add here. For example, insurance, details and diagnosis. Um, I can also add a memo, hide the patient's information from the invoice. 1:35 And as you can see at the, bottom, because I've come through the diary, I can see that the appointment is already linked to this invoice. 1:43 So all I have to do now is, uh, finalize and send the invoice to the patient. And I will get confirmation, and then I can view the status of the invoice. 1:56 So as you can see now, the diary view, the appointment, that I just raised an invoice for is currently outstanding, so it will make the, um, appointment turn yellow to indicate that there is an outstanding invoice. 2:09 I can also click the top here to view the invoice and its information. As you can see, the invoice is currently open, indicating that it is unpaid.
