How to cancel a patient's membership

Begin by navigating to the member's tab of Hero via the sidebar, as shown below:

To cancel a patient's membership scheme, click on the three dots at the right of their account (under 'Actions'), and click 'Cancel'. This will bring up the below screen:

Use the drop-downs to choose the correct answers to the questions, and then click confirm. This will then have cancelled the membership.

You can also cancel the membership by clicking on the three dots at the right of their account and selecting 'View policy'. From here, scroll to the bottom of the page, to the 'Cancel policy' section.

From here, click 'Cancel' and then confirm.
