This document will go through the billing policies associated with the use of the SMS service provided via Firetext within Hero Health.
What are the credit (fragment) tiers?
An individual SMS sent through Hero is composed of a number of 'fragments'. SMS are charged per fragment:
1 credit = 160 characters (£0.02)
2 credits = 306 characters (£0.04)
3 credits = 459 characters (£0.06)
4 credits = 612 characters (£0.08)
How do I setup a Firetext account?
