Enhance how you and your practice manage inbound request and notifications by creating dedicated teams to processes each type of request.

When you are running a busy practice, it easy for things to get lost. By creating teams your staff will be able share the workload more effectively and provide outstanding patient care.

What can you do with teams:

  1. Create and manage teams of users in Hero

  2. Assign individual notifications to specific teams

Here are some examples of how to implement teams at your practice:

  • Send all your patient replies to your clinical team to make sure every patient responses gets seen and resolved by the appropriate healthcare professional

  • Assign all your system notification to your Hero Experts and make sure everything gets resolved quickly and effectively
