Restricting access to administrators is useful. Owners can decide they do not want their reception team or practitioners to be able to edit the practices settings in Hero, or be able to download their practice billing report.
To restrict access for certain admins, firstly click 'Admin accounts' in settings.
Click 'edit' next to the practitioner or receptionist that you wish to change permissions for.
You can then switch permissions and click save.
These administrators will then have restricted access.
