You can assign whole teams to notifications in Hero so that notifications that can be completed by any member in a particular team are easily visible to all the team members.

How do I assign a team to a notification?
Navigate to the notifications screen by clicking the bell icon in the top right corner
Find the notification you would like to assign to a team and click on the Assignee dropdown. You can then choose the team you would like to assign to the notification.
How do I filter my view to see a specific team or teams?
To set your notifications up to only see notifications that are assigned to you and your team, click the Filter button.
Now the drop down has appeared you can chose a status that you would like to see, the individual assignee you would like to see and the team assignee you would like to see.
Click Apply filters to save your selection (You can change these at any time).
