In this guide we will cover how to convert a in-person appointment into a video appointment. This is useful to know in the event the patient is unable to attend in person but is unable to reschedule.
How to convert a normal appointment to a video appointment
Open the appointment details either via the 📆 Diary, the 👥 Patients dashboard or 🕓 Appointments list
Click on the more options button at the top of the page, indicated by the 3 dots icon
Then click on the Send video invitation this will automatically send the invitation the patient and turn the in-person appointment into a video appointment which you can join.
