Care Navigation Workflow: How to auto-assign a submission type to an individual or team

Hero enables you to streamline your workflows by automatically assigning submission types to specific individuals or teams. Follow the steps below to set up auto-assignment for care navigation submissions.

Steps to Auto-Assign a Submission Type

  1. Navigate to settings

    • Log in to Hero and go to the "Settings" section of your account.

  2. Open the inbox settings

    • Within Settings, locate and click on "Inbox."

    • Next click on "Task management".

  3. Scroll to the Care Navigation Section

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the following options:

      • Care Navigation: Clinical Request

      • Care Navigation: Admin Request

      • Care Navigation: Other Request

  4. Choose an Assignee

    • For each submission type, use the dropdown menu to select the individual or team responsible for handling that type of request.
