Right, we're halfway there 🤓. Follow the steps below to complete your Hero-EMIS setup.
Activate the partner API
Click the EMIS ball (EMIS main menu)
Click System Tools
Click EMAS Manager
If you are unable to access EMAS Manager please confirm you have RBAC activity B0062 Local System Administration in your role profile, if not this can be configured in Organisation Configuration.
Activate Hero Health
Scroll down the list of Partner products
Find and click 'Hero Health' in the list of partner products
Click 'Activate Application' in the main toolbar
The Hero Health application name should then show a green tick next to it.
Activate User Access
Find Hero Health in EMAS Manager (follow steps above)
Select Hero Health in the list of partner products
Click 'Edit Users' in the main toolbar
Find the Hero Health user we created in Step 1. This user should have name "User, Hero". Check the box next to their name.
Once you have checked the box next to the "User, Hero" name, you will need to create an API password. Make a note of this password.
Activate Login Access
Find Hero Health in EMAS Manager (follow steps above)
Select Hero Health in the list of partner products
Click 'Login Access' in the main toolbar
Find the Hero Health user we created in Step 1. This user should have name "User, Hero". Check the boxes for "Auto Login" and "Allow Login"
