1 Check that your EMIS site is already connected to Hero Sidekick
Click the EMIS orb (EMIS logo) in the top-left corner.
Choose System Tools ▸ EMAS Manager.
Open the Partner API tab.
In the list on the left look for Hero Health.
A green tick means it is already active – skip to step 2.
No tick? Click the name once, then press Activate application on the top left corner of EMIS.
2 Select the EMIS users who can run the Sidekick toolbar
With Hero Sidekick highlighted, select Edit Users.
Tick every user that needs access to Hero Sidekick.
Click OK.
3 Enable automatic sign-in for your users
Still inside EMAS Manager, click Login Access.
Tick Auto Login and Allow Login for the same user list you selected above.
Click OK.
