There are two ways to pay an unpaid invoice on Hero: through the patient dashboard and through the invoices page
Using the patient dashboard
Step 1: After signing into your Hero account, you will reach your patient dashboard.
Step 2: Review the lower right-hand side of the screen. If you have an unpaid invoice, it will appear in the 'Unpaid Invoices' box.
You may need to scroll down to see all of your unpaid invoices.
Step 3: Click 'Pay now' to pay an invoice.
Step 4: Choose your preferred payment option, confirm that you have read Hero's Terms and Conditions, and confirm the payment by clicking the 'Take payment' button.
If you wish to pay another invoice, you can return to the Dashboard using the left-hand menu and then follow the above steps to pay another invoice.
Using the invoices page
Step 1: Go to the 'Invoices' page, where you can see any unpaid invoices highlighted in red in the status column.
Step 2: Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the row, then > 'Proceed to Payment' to pay each invoice.
Once the payment goes through, you will receive an email confirmation of the payment with a PDF receipt.
