How to add a patient's insurance details?

On Hero, adding a patient's insurance details is simple. Begin by clicking their name in the 'Patients' table, which will direct you to their profile.

Next, click the 'Payment tab' next to 'Overview' and scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says 'Insurers.'

Finally, click 'Add new' and fill in their details. Once you have submitted their details click 'Save.'
