In this article we'll run through how you can see a list of all your appointment and what information is available. Additionally we'll show you how to download a list of all the appointments in Hero.

How do I view the appointments table?

  1. Once you have signed into Hero, navigate to the πŸ•“ 'Appointments' tab on the left hand navigation bar.

  2. The appointment table shows you all the appointments that are in Hero, this list is in chronological order with the most recent confirmed appointment at the top

  3. To look at appointments in past, simply use the page numbers at the bottom of the page.

Why is it helpful to see all my appointments?

The appointment table is a great way to have a quick scan of all the appointment coming through Hero and see at a glance which appointment types and locations are being most utilised. In addition to this you can also see whether an appointment was booked by a patient online or if it was booked through EMIS.

How do I download a CSV of appointments?

If you need to do some more in depth analysis off your appointment usage you can always download a CSV of all your appointment:

  1. Once you have signed into Hero, navigate to the πŸ•“ Appointments tab on the left hand navigation bar.

  2. At the top of the table click πŸ“₯ Download, this will automatically download a list of all your appointment into a CSV

  3. Then open your download folder on your computer and open the file

What is included in the download?

  • Time of the appointment

  • Reason (if provided)

  • Appointment status (Confirmed/cancelled)

  • Practitioner

  • Location

  • Appointment type

  • Patient name

  • Time of booking

  • Appointment source (Hero/EMIS)
